“Xiao Wei ah, one day I might have to leave without saying anything. When the time comes, please don't blame me. We will meet again, and when we do, you will have to be the patient one.”

Yunlan discovers that one of Shen Wei's students has a crush. The question is, on who? Him? Shen Wei? Someone else? And what is Yunlan going to do about it?

Wei looks up at the branches and sees himself and Kunlun under a completely different tree — infinitely larger, completely bare, growing in the darkness that is the King of the Gui's real home. That used to be his home until Kunlun gave him this.

Getting caught in the rainstorm was worth it.

Professor Shen was a decent enough lecturer. Not the best, but certainly not the worst either. Overall, a solid 5/10. And Pei Su wasn't planning on taking anymore classes taught by him only…

Well. There was nothing for it. Clearly this relationship needed to be studied more closely. Taking another of Professor Shen’s boring lectures on classic literature would be no hardship for no other reason than to understand how Professor Shen had landed himself a man like Yunlan. And for purposes completely unrelated to Pei Su’s own scruffy police officer.

Pei Su sees Yunlan and Shen Wei being cute together thinks "that's what I want with Weizhoa" and decides to put everything about Shen Wei under a microscope while simultaneously missing the entire point of why they work, and that's why he's like That.
