Shen Wei senses a disturbance in the Chemistry building.

Shen Wei just wants to make dinner. Too bad Ye Zun has decided it's time to sort his brother's love life.

Zhao Yun Lan wasn’t feeling well. He sneezed for the hundredth time that day. His muscles were sore and weak. Perhaps he should call it a day and head home. But will the team behave in his absence? Another sneeze wrecked his body.
Perhaps he didn’t really have a choice in the matter. Soon his head would start to spin and then how would he drive himself back home?

After, he found he was less hungry.
He still hungered - felt that gnawing pull deep in his chest somewhere that wasn’t quite his stomach but wasn’t anything else he could identify - but it wasn’t quite as nauseating in its intensity anymore. As if a tiny piece of that hunger had finally been satiated.

When Wei applied for the position as a famous actor's personal assistant, he would have never expected it to actually lead somewhere. But he must have made some sort of impression on Kunlun, because a few days later he finds his whole life turned upside down as he follows his greatest idol around while trying to cope with his own feelings.

“Yunlan, I need to get ready for work,” he said, smoothing his other hand through Zhao Yunlan’s hair.

“Shh, baby,” Zhao Yunlan murmured, pressing a finger to Shen Wei’s lips. “It’s raining.”

Shen Wei needs a break, and Zhao Yunlan is determined to make it happen.

"Good. You're finally awake," someone says and all at once Zhao Yunlan remembers that he'd prefer the nightmare, whatever it had been. The panic grips his throat, warping into something that feels like terror.

He doesn't say anything, he isn't sure he could manage to say anything right then. Instead, he stares quietly in the direction the voice had come from, hoping that he might see something. Possibly something that would tell him that what he remembers isn't true. But the darkness doesn't hold so much as a hint of light and there's nothing for Zhao Yunlan to see.
