Following the final battle and the mustard seed confrontation, Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei leave for a well deserved holiday, but the SID team members don't agree with their sudden disappearance. Angry and hurt, the team decides to take its revenge on the happy couple by overtaking Zhao's precious SID office! (Based on the events at the end of extra #4 in the novel)

Zhao Yunlan is pissed. He is really pissed, until he gets the perfect idea for his revenge. After all, there is nothing better than utterly destroying your enemy while making out with your very hot boyfriend.

“Hey Xiao Wei, when’s your birthday?”

Shen Wei looks up from placing their plates on the dinner table.

“My birthday? I'm...not sure.”

Zhao Yunlan stares incredulously. "Did you never celebrate it?"

Shen Wei nervously pushes his glasses up his nose, "I never had a reason to."

“I have an idea! Valentine’s Day is coming up soon, so why don’t we make that your birthday too?”

In an attempt to practice his English, Shen Wei is convinced by a friend to look for a language exchange partner on a dating app of all places.

Zhao Yunlan finds his profile and intends to do more than just exchange language. Shen Wei, for all his qualms, falls immediately.

Shen Wei rarely drinks but Zhao Yunlan always enjoys it when he does.

The shard of soul Kunlun Jun gifted his ghost king tethers Shen Wei to Zhao Yunlan when he was supposed to have perished after his big sacrifice - and Shen Wei thinks this is more than enough. Zhao Yunlan, for his part, just wants to know what exactly this creature that kept possessing random people to be near him is - and maybe exorcise it so it can find peace.

(Here’s a clue - they are both wrong.)

Alternatively - Shen Wei does his sacrificial move in CH105 "successfully" and these are the repercussions. But then again, Kunlun once warned the little ghost king “Never anger a god” and maybe, he should have properly listened.
