Zhao Yunlan makes it his mission not to let Shen Wei leave the house. Shen Wei has a nine o'clock class to make, but decides to indulge his husband a bit.

In which Zhao Yunlan is a stubborn man-child, and Shen Wei is very much in love.

“Zhao Yunlan,” he says, looking at him with such intensity that Zhao Yunlan wants to flinch away. “When was the last time you slept?”

“Aiya, Shen Wei, you don’t need to worry about that,” Zhao Yunlan waves a hand, trying for something easy, something casually unconcerned, never mind that he’d been trying to figure that out himself. “I’ve pulled plenty of all-nighters in my day, I definitely managed to grab a nap—” he pauses awkwardly, trying to remember – “somewhere in there, anyways.”

Zhao Yunlan’s exhaustion catches up with him.

"If you can't fuck me, I can ask someone else to do it for me." The words leave Shen Wei's mouth before he can stop them. Before he can come back to reality and remember that Kunlun-- Yunlan doesn't remember the past. 

Zhao's jaw drops to the ground. Even in his wildest dreams, he didn't expect Shen Wei to say such things. His heart races in his chest. He has been fantasizing about this man for so long. Had spent nights masturbating with images of him in his mind. And when the same man is serving him the chance to make all these dreams come true, he doesn't know how to react.

"Idiot but my idiot. I need to marry him. Best fucking proposal is what he deserves. All fairy-tale like." Yunlan's eyes were zeroed at the entrance of the Department, as he mumbled his thoughts to himself.

Zhao Yunlan grew up without a mother in the shadow of his cold and rich, businessman of a father who was rarely at home. After dropping out of college, he decides to start a career in competitive running, and through his father's connections, crosses paths with 'Shen Wei, who cuts through the air like a scythe'—a former athlete who, for obscure reasons, gave up his dreams of going to the Olympics to become a coach. As mentor and mentee solidify their relationship through Zhao Yunlan's arduous training, feelings begin to form, much to Coach Shen's dismay.
