Set in episode 4 where Shen Wei tries to throw Zhao Yunlan off his trail by pricking his finger. Was Zhao Yunlan being super dramatic? Nope, not at all. Clearly all finger pricks require a hospital visit.

Shen Wei walked through the dark alley, nothing to be heard.

Until a beating of footsteps quickly approached him from behind, going to grab Shen Wei.
Only for them to be harshly pushed upon the wall, hands pinned above their head as a finger traced their lips.

Zhao Yunlan goes back in time and masquerades as Kunlun, but what he doesn't realise is that Shen Wei is pretending too.

Travelling back in time may have made for some amusing movies and TV shows, but the reality was far from glamorous or fun.

Shen Wei falls in love with Yunlan, as cherry blossoms grow and he gets settled into a new life. But it's fine, because Yunlan's arms are the warmest place he's been in.

Perhaps, he can survive this change of scenario.
