One, night, when Shen Wei ends up being taken into custody by a charming yet persevering policeman, he ends up having to hide his true self from someone who is determined to find out the truth.

Shen cracked a smile at the intended pun, relaxing in the pair of arms that brought him home. He still wasn't used to it. The sensation that thrummed under his skin, whenever Yunlan touched him. Part of him was afraid that if he got too comfortable, he might lose the joy that had come to him after eternities of loneliness. Admission of his fears was still a far cry for him.
