If Zhao Yunlan had ever had plans for his life, cleaning rich people's houses to make ends meet was definitely not what they'd been. So maybe there are some upsides to suddenly being kidnapped by space aliens. At least no one is asking him to clean anything.

Shen Wei isn't the first person Zhao Yunlan has shared his bed with. Sharing this, though — this is new.

Shen Wei's silence was answer enough, but Zhao Yunlan found himself moving, climbing onto the bed but not under the covers. Just for a few minutes, he told himself. Just long enough to feel Shen Wei's heartbeat, to convince himself that that precious rhythm wouldn't stop if he left Shen Wei on his own.

Zhao Yunlan is pretty sure he'd notice if Lao Chu was in love with Xiao Guo.
